I don’t believe that she was on antidepressants. For a while her mom did say that Bunny had been having some tummy issues and that’s what the medicine is for. I can’t remember ever hearing her mom say she was on antidepressants. Bunny has a wonderful family and loving home. I don’t think your context of video is correct but I could be wrong.

As someone who's been following Bunny for years... it's seriously not that deep. Bunny is only learning the difference between a dog and a human. The music is so overly dramatic 😂

Bunny is not on antidepressants but on anxiety medication, even before she started using buttons. She is a reactive dog and buttons are part of her therapy, so her owner could understand better Bunny's fears and anxieties. Of course she is self aware, most mammals are, butttons are a communication tool, for humans to understand what animals think and feel, not the other way around. Bunny said multiple times that she is a dog, she understands that, but syntactically she doesn't understand how is everyone her family, friends, mom and and dad, but they are humans. She doesn't understand best the word human but she's getting better. Don't spread misinformation and fear for views, this is a great scientific progress, no need to spread fear.

Why is it hard for people to understand that some dogs have similar issues that we have? Bunny is smart and has even been able to tell her owner she had something stuck in her paw. Animals are much smarter than we give them credit for. We do the same thing with our own young. When they are babies they can't really communicate at all without crying. Bunny is intelligent and if she needs antidepressants, who cares. Dogs can get anxious and seem depressed as well. If this dog blows your mind on being self aware, y'all should check out Billi the cat with her "mad" button.

I swear people freaking out over a dog selecting and using words that were selected by a human. This is simply a training exercise for the dog to be using a small vocabulary of words over and over.

The owner should have given an answer for a three year old human not a functioning it simple....basic. She needs lots of positive reinforcement and lots of long hugs.
