Bunny seriously freaks me out sometimes!! It’s amazing work what she has been able to do. Her mom is a legit scientist and their work is providing so much insight into how non human creatures develop and usage language and the amazing things like that for science!

This is a high level of intelligence. The dog has mapped specific mean to words and can problem solve how to communicate with only a limited amount of words.

What amazes is that Bunny and her brother, a poodle named Otter, will talk to each other using those buttons. They also have another dog, a papillion puppy who is learning to communicate with the pad.
But, yes, Bunny is especially intelligent, self-aware and communicative in my opinion. She will talk about she dreams and even remind her Mom to give her medicine. She knows the medicine makes her feel better.

Even more interesting than this os the fact that Bunny can recognize herself in a mirror. She can *also* recognize that the medicine she takes is beneficial to her health, and can remind her mom about it.

She can also use her buttons to talk about her chronic nightmares to her mom, and to talk about things that scare her. (Bunny has chronic anxiety and is slmewhat reactive— this predates her lessons with the buttons, and the buttons actually seem to be helping with her anxiety, as she can communicate about what worries her.)

Clever. They can all communicate. You just got to know how to read them. Mine have told me I'm sick b4 signs showed up by bumping the area. Both of them did it. It was a fibroid. Then when it grew back.
