Read so many forums and if you believe everything you read, no way a Caribbean IMG or even an FMG could ever become a Plastic Surgeon(super top specialty). this was super insightful. aint even started med school yet but ive already been interested in learning about the plastic surgeon training + transition into private practice. theres tons of content showing off the glitzy side of having a successful private practice, but nothing that really documents the process of getting there. looking forward to seeing more on dr. pearce's channel as well :)
