VS Code #00 - Install and setup Remote Development extension on Visual Studio Code
==================================================================================

On this Installment of VS Code, I first edit my '/etc/hosts' file with the target machines ip address.
Next I install the Remote Development extension from the Extensions Marketplace.
Then add the ssh connection and connect to a remote machine. To Finish off I open a folder and make a test file.
Hopefully this is helpful for someone out there...
