It doesn't always have to be "what if". There's always steps (however little) that you can make to change. I used to think that change happened to me, but it isn't always that way. Life doesn't just happen to you. You live through it. I think that's what makes change difficult. It doesn't end, even the thought of it. Those are my thoughts. Good video as always!
