Excellent video .i am a 56 year old man from the usa that had mesenchymal stemcells done in my shoulder a general iv and a pee shot . I got the stemcell therapy done in a different country and clinic, but it was incredible and quite affordable i am like a new man.. Thank you so much stemcells are incredible

This is so exciting and I appreciate you all so much! A breast cancer survivor, daughter to a leukemia victim and mother of 2 daughters and 2 grand daughters I pray you are supported$$ for a hopeful future.

Hey doc, I'm glad you mentioned AM leukemia. I had a client/patient come in to my office about 3yrs ago with AML. She had 3 days to live. Using an endogenous glutathione therapy we were able to disable those hsf1s. We achieved negative feedback inhibition in those cancer calls. She died 6 months later, but not from the cancer.

Key practical take away: Proteins are made of amino acids. Lessen your amino acid intake, and you will lessen the speed of protein production. This means (1) eating less meat and more vegetables (2) lessen your mental stress and increase physical stress-- this will distribute the (limited) amino acids to more production points, slowing the protein production speed even more . (3) reduce sugar intake to lessen cellular metabolism and production speed of proteins.

My biggest healthcare expenditure was from age 33 thru 45. Then I realized that our food system was poisoning me and started eating clean fresh food. Now at 73 years, two asthma inhalers and annual physical on medicare.

How about that theory out there about how glyphosate is very similar to the amino acid glycine and substitutes for glycine in protein synthesis. Glyphosate is bigger than glycine so it causes the protein to misfold. One solution would be to eliminate glyphosate from the diet (eat organic).

There's hope on the horizon. Your research explains what's happening in my body with a new technology I've had the privilege of experiencing. At 73, I'm looking forward to continuing dancing, backpacking and teaching for many more young years. This stem cell revitalizing technology was just published in the Journal of Biosciences and Medicines, 2022, 10, 164-172. FDA acceptance dates and numbers are printed in the article. I'm looking forward to the product of your research going into my body as well. The whole human race is in such desperate need for revitalized stem cells right now.

Best presentation I've seen on stem cells. Really nice work! Dr. Signer packed a lot of info into this short presentation. There is a big leap here from misfolded proteins to let's fix the problem with therapeutic genetic intervention to reduce misfolding. Some other big questions are unanswered here: Because the thesis of stressing stem cells and doing almost anything that causes stem cells to increase protein production is bad, I'd like to know what is the role of endurance exercise, HIIT exercise, weight lifting, hot sauna, calorie restriction, mindfulness approaches, yoga, etc? Any or all of these (increased or decreased) would be much more accessible to us right now as a behavioral modification.

The key is eating in moderation. Check your uric acid level. Uric acid can act as antioxidant, but more of it is harmful.

What about MSC stem cells from donors that are more potent and available abroad?

Interesting presentation. I have more questions than answers. How do we explain death and existence of degenerative diseases in young children?

In summary, they found a way to induce mutation that slow cell aging in lab animals. They also found a marker to test drugs that can slow cell aging. Cheers.

intermittent fasting and lowprotein low sugar diet, 3 veg meal per day can be helpful for reducing protein synthesis speed as per my idea.i followed lecture of walter longo.thank you Sir for your research information sharing with common people directly .

Hey doc, thx for the presentation, but glutathione can also produce/clone cells. There's lots of research on glutathione creating monoclonal expansion of cd4/cd8 cells, thus reversing many cancers and immune dysfunction.

Ageing is nothing to do with how old are you...is got to do with the body ability to repear it self..resist training make your muscle young even if you have 80yo
