I've done probably 10 prolonged fasts (3-5 days), 1 9-day water fast, and *one **_3-day dry_** fast* in the last 2 years. I also cleaned up my (not so bad to begin with) diet to nearly "perfect" as far as I can tell. I didn't even eat the pie or cornbread I made for Thanksgiving; just had Turkey and steamed brussels sprouts and some organic red wine.

This is not to brag, but to share that in the last 2 years I healed of a severe asthmatic response to histamine that was causing me to have an asthma attack every time I ate ANYTHING (because your body makes histamine as part of the digestive process).

It's very nice to not have to choose between eating and breathing in case you're wondering how I had the discipline to do what I do!

You have literally saved my life…thank you so very much! My mom had lupus and my dad had lupus and arthritis it took doctors til I was 43 to diagnose multiple autoimmune issues with me but of course as you said my divorce and first marriage to a narcissist really triggered the illness. We are not taught not even one percent of the things you teach.

I end my shower with cold water...Twice/day after washing my face I pour a pint of cold water over my head and face.I swim in cold Lake Michigan in the summer.Cold water does amazing things for me.And walking outside in cold temps outside also does wonders...I did a 15 minute walk this morning...The wind chill was about zero degrees....So refreshing...
