Can you do a video for swimming for adults, particularly adults who’ve had swim experience but have limited mobility, especially thoracic spine and shoulder? Thanks

I feel that there should not really be an age for stage one. My son is nearly 10 with very little water confidence and in stage 1. In fact there are others in his group older. He will not get his face wet at all at the moment. Hearing that this is an under 5s group can really knock a child further. He is already very hard on himself because his younger sister is progressing.
