Raw kefir is readily available in Texas where it’s illegal to sell raw milk in stores. Although the raw stuff is marketed to dogs and cats. Very primal.

My grandparents had a dairy cow, I still remember the milk from that animal. I didn't get raw milk again until 20 ish years later when I found a source near where I live. It's the best thing ever. Making your own butter and drinking the real buttermilk is really amazing.

Hi Paul. I absolutely love raw milk, my problem is it’s cost at the minute. Only place near me charges £3 a litre and I get whole milk from the local shop for 75 pence per litre. I will continue to drink whole milk and when I can afford raw I will buy it. I love your content. Thank you for all you do.

You can get plenty from leafy greens though I don't know. I don't eat nut milks but on rare occasion same with dairy because no matter how grass fed, organic, regenerative etc it always ends up making me breakout and have mucus. A little here and there is fine but even certain cheese, will give me horrible sores on my tongue and mucus next day. But I am a woman so can't speak for what's best for men.
