In this Wrestling Training video, Bekzod Abdurakhminov teaches the Front Head Throw technique.

Bekzod Abdurakhminov won the gold medal in the 2014 Asian Games and was able to best Jordan Burroughs in the 2016 Olymics.

Bekzod is one of the most accomplished freestyle wrestlers who is known for his attack style takedowns.

This is a clip off of his new instructional series "The Takedown Passport."

Wrestling Fanatics was started by a pair of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts, Michael Zenga and Bernardo Faria who have a passion for all things grappling.

They feel that nothing is more important than improving your Wrestling skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for Wrestling Students who don’t look at Wrestling as a sport – but as a lifestyle.
