when I was in San Francisco we stop to get gas and as we slipped the card outside at the pump it didn't work so we paid inside. later we found out our information was stolen from the gas pump outside. idk how. I hear some people put something in those slots for credit cards

It is sad all around. But fortunately for the girl no one knows her name nor really has a clear vision of her face. She looks like so many young people you would see anywhere, so it's not likely someone will recognize on the spot.
No employer is going to be like "Wait a second...I know that blur from anywhere. You're that Starbucks thief! Get out of my office!"
She's young, she has a good chance of recovering from her poor choice, she just has cringes of regret to deal with.
