So I was/am currently on EK31, the A380 that went around 3 times. We diverted to Frankfurt and as I type, we are still waiting to de-plane. Will keep those interested updated. Funny to find out we’re now famous though

At 17:05, EK31 attempted another landing and that was a go-around as well. Diverted to Frankfurt, landing there at 19:21 local time. That was over 2 hours after their scheduled arrival time at LHR. That flight is planned to fly from FRA to LHR, departing perhaps at 21:41 local time and arriving one hour later. EK31 finally arrived at LHR at 21:51 local time after a one hour flight from FRA.

I was in that last SAS flight there. Was actually a really calm flight overall, I expected a lot of turbulence, but even the end there was just like gentle swinging. I didn’t notice how off centre we were for the crosswind landing. I didn’t even know we were in cross winds! Fun to see the clip tho! Thanks!
