This is very pretty! I'll give it go, but I have small eyes as well as hooded and I am wondering if doing the "C" shape to the lower lid will make them look smaller. Hopefully it will be a happy surprise and they'll look bigger! Do you do this same technique with other colors? Thanks!💚
