This Double Lift is a good start but you should mention that when dropping the double you shouldn't drop it like a plank. It should be done smoothly and without too much consideration showing others that you're not attempting to pull a move over. Strike double lifts are where I started.

Somehow I found the beginning of this video extremely amusing and funny. "Jack of clubs and now its..." (You'd expect him to say three of hearts but no) "changed" as his voice just stays meh.
