Fun fact: the reason snow doesn’t adore Katniss is because she reminds him of Lucy gray (his lover) because when Lucy gray was called she did a dramatic bow, exactly like the one Katniss did when she was showing her skills individually to the game makers.

And also another fun fact: the only reason snow was so mad about her singing the hanging tree song and why it was forbidden is because Lucy gray wrote it and the lyrics are about the 3 people who got hung and the reason why it’s called “the hanging tree” is because people were hung there. Including her best friend sejanus which was also snows best friend. and when she says “if we met at midnight in the hanging tree” it’s because snow and Lucy planned to meet up at the hanging tree to run away after midnight.

And more lyrics that make sense after you read or watch the movie is “necklace of rope” which is referring to the rope that hung the 3 people. (Sejanus, a man from 12, and a woman from 12, (they were unidentified fyi )

My theories/my opinions
I Think that snow was relived in the mocking jay part 2 when he found out Katniss was still alive bc he has had bad luck with things like those. Because Katniss has been shot, and snow shot Lucy, so I think he was relived when he saw Katniss was alive bc he felt it as a sort of “comfort” bc Lucy was no where to be found after snow shot her in the hip (which was where Katniss was also shot in a different movie) but I think he was pretty happy bc Katniss reminds him so much of Lucy so it’s pretty much him “finding Lucy” if that makes sense.

Another theory:
I think Lucy gray could still be alive just in the treeline or the woods because Lucy had pretty much no where else to go when snow shot her because they were on an area with water surrounding so my theory is she either is hiding in the treeline OR she went back to the cabin or she could’ve swam away

But just my opinions lmk if that makes sense!

The fact that rue even saved katniss from Cato and his squad…… like that was so sweet and in the end….she just die :( hunger games is a great series and book and a bit g0re-ish but more you watch it the more it gets sadder and there’s so many plot twist in the series and getting their lives taken just for the main character example for cinna he knew that he was gonna die when he made the mockingjay dress for katniss….. and castor sacrificing his life for katniss (finnick too)… and Jhoanna! She almost died by taking the tracker out of katniss’s arm and Boggs death was so sad too :(

People have to admit Clove had high potential to win. The whole “group” that seemed to team up did I guess but I think Clove did the most. Cato was overly confident trying to be the main character so we all knew some way or another he would be eliminated. Glimmer, she just didn’t seem like the type to make it to the end, she was fierce but she didn’t seem to important. The other dude next to glimmer in this edit wasn’t really that important either. But clove was confident but she was also strategic . She was fierce and strong and she knew her way around. She really had a shot, makes sense that she was one of the last. Anyways sorry for the long comment super good edit! U just earned yourself a like! ✨
