Im a woman and i can say the beauty of these tips apply to both men n women. I agree wearing well fitting clothes n maintaining good posture r key. Get a tailor!! I’m 5’9 255 18-20% bf when I’m cut I’m usually 240. I can only fit clothes once they’ve been tailored for me
