There's a fascinating picture of the actin filament rocket using fluorescent stain displayed by the book "Molecular basis of the cell - 4th edition". It's just mind blowing the extent this bacteria took to utilize the cell own machinery. Difference between stillbirth and spontaneous abortion that the former, the fetus is delivered on term where as in the latter the fetus hasn't yet fully developed and delivered preterm. I can't though designate a precise duration regarding these two processes during gestation.
