i had a bad case from spanish baby eels that i was served on the ramblas in barcelona about 5 years ago. sever flu like symptoms for 5 days. it was the worst food poisoning i have ever endured. often sleeping only 1-2 hours each night, spending never ending hours in the bathroom going from toilet to shower and repeat hundreds of times.

I was wondering if it can be transmitted in filtered water from the refrigerator. We have had a winter storm and I've just been told about Listeria last night told not to drink the water I only during the water from the fridge and I just forgot til after my first cup of water today.
