They failed to mention that cheeses are also sliced on the same slicing machine as the deli meats are, do they think that the listeria wouldn't be transferred to the cheese as well?

Here’s the problem, even if you know which brand is infected, once the deli slicers have been contaminated, every variety of meat will also be infected…..
so need to source out infected meat then deep clean everything!
Not an easy task…..

The CDC checks the retail sites. They need to be at the processing plants.

CDC says if you can prepare for a listeria outbreak you can prepare for zombie outbreak I guess you can say safely the CDC drop the ball on this one or is it the fda's job to make sure that we get safe food products I think somebody should be losing their jobs criminal charges
