Възхищение, обич и учудване...Колко сме глезени и непохватни днешните жени!!!! Имаме всичко и все мрънка ме Нека да се поучим от спокойствието и смирението им.Те трябва да са горди а не ние....благодарност към създателите на филма

I can remember back when I was in my 20's, going to bring lunch to my boo at different construction sites, everyone was always arguing with one another. I never was able to understand why... Seeing these lovely people working together makes me so happy and im so glad that we get to see this...

Not a chance I'd last 5 minutes. Okay maybe 5 minutes but not much more. I'm in absolute awe of these women. I just watched them build their family's home while holding babies. They're much stronger and smarter than I am ♥️

Never thought of nomadic architecture, until I saw this content. Nothing is more vernacular than this architecture. Congratulations.

Thanks for posting this. I love Afar. We worked with Afars for 12 years. This video makes me miss my clan very much. It is hot. It is a harsh environment. But it is so peaceful and the people are beautiful and strong. This "ari" can be dismantled and transported on a camel.

Thank you so much for bringing this to us. I am always amazed to see people being so ingenious. It just goes to show what we lose when we get used to soft living and being greedy. They are so hard working and adaptive.

A fascinating video! A couple years ago, I stayed in a modified tent like this in a small campground near Lac Abbe in Djibouti, near the Ethiopian border. The next day, we gave two Afar men a ride to their village (a temporary village, as they are semi-nomadic), and they invited us into their tent homes like these and introduced us to their families. Spending time with the Afar people was one of the highlights of all my travel in dozens of countries.

Beautiful, resilient, ingenious people. Living lightly on the land with local resources, in community together.

I have lived all year round in similar type of structure in England, made from hazel poles, covered in army canvas, lined with wool blankets between canvas and frame....wood boards and carpets on floor, and wood stove inside, for extreme winter type of tent known as a Bender was widely used by Gypsy people in the past but not was still living in Benders till a few years ago, including December / January 2010 / 2011, which was the coldest December/ January for over 100 years....however, with the wood stove on and extra blankets on my bed I was warm and comfortable. ....I now live in the luxury of a small bus, on the north Devon coast. Thanks for your videos 🤙

This is a beautiful life. I spent early age of my life with pastoralists. I still remember how simple and blessing was the nature. Everything had a meaning and a soul..stones, trees, mountains, dry valleys... everything even my shadow had a name "Afan".
