Daredevil: Born Again is an American web television series, based on the Marvel Comics superhero of the same name. It is a revival of the Daredevil franchise and is a sequel to Daredevil, set directly after the events of Echo. It is the twenty-seventh television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the thirteenth installment of Phase Five. The first season will premiere in March 2025. It was revealed that the first season was viewed as a two-season series at Marvel Studios.

Marvel Studios releases its films in groups called "Phases", with the first three phases collectively known as "The Infinity Saga" and the following three phases as "The Multiverse Saga". I really liked this weeks's episode, it was shocking and tragic but in a good way, I like that the show is taking chances, and also that things like these help humanize the Marvel Heroes, we have seen them die at the hand of threats beyond what is human, but dying in the street at night of a gunshot, shows these people can be hurt, can bleed and can die, it makes the stakes real, to quote an episode of Batman: The Animated Series "I Am The Night" - Sooner or later, I'll go down, It might be The Joker or Two-Face or just some punk who gets lucky.

While the ending pisses me off, it also makes me happy thinking that this gets Frank back in the game. His punishment of these bad cops will be brutally wonderful. I can see all of these cops start running to DD saying protect us!!! 😂❤

Curse those set leaks because I knew exactly what was coming but still, that was messed up. Episode actually had me feeling pretty sad.

Okay, after that skull teaser and the execution, they really have to bring in Frank Castle in the next episode, I’ll even take a cliffhanger. Get Matt to think the Punisher did it after enough after enough clues and confront him to learn he’s innocent or Frank been keeping quiet but would learn how the cops are using his symbol and killed someone he found a good man and steps in, hopefully a similar speech he has from the comics when Frank learns the cops idolizes him and has his insignia and pissing off Frank to tell him not see him as someone to follow and more like Captain America.

I'm also disappointed, I didn't want the White Tiger to be killed as motivation for Matt to become Daredevil again since this season's focus seems to be getting Matt to become Daredevil again. Like the conversation he has with Hector about being the White Tiger after exposing him he told Matt it's a calling, he wouldn't give it up and it kind conflicts with his own moral battle in himself.

I wonder if the guy cop dressed as the punisher is Carlos cruz but insteadof being a punisher replacement hes a corrupt copycat. Which would be awesome to see two punishers fight each other.

It was a good episode if you're looking for a courtroom drama but the show still has a serious slack of Daredevil. I suspect that will be remedied starting next week.
