Best bark I’ve seen on that smoker!! I’ve been looking for someone to show me that I can get a drum smoker like bark on that thing!! Sold!!!!

I see you’re one of the few I’ve seen load it wood throughout and that’s probably where the other folks are lacking with their bark.... honestly other YouTubes are really doing that smoker a disservice for guys like me who have to have a bark

Good looking brisket Steve. The color, bark, and smoke ring looked perfect. Late dinner, but it looked worth the wait. Enjoy.

I made my first brisket this past weekend. The point was the best brisket I've had. The flat was the best tasting tire I've had.

I know you can put wood chunks/chips in with the charcoal, but I wonder what the result would be if you mixed in pellets?

Looks great, sorry late to the party. One question- fat cap up or down for this smoke?

Has the MB on board probe temp been consistent to your separate thermometer? I've read that the on board temps tend to be incorrect.

🔥 wow great video keen to see what pork ribs would taste like and how do you compare it to an offset and your pellet smoker?

Can you use butcher paper instead of foil?

does using that much charcoal give the meat a dirty smoke taste? I use charcoal for heat but im always worried it will smoke out my flavor woods

Just to be clear, you started at 8:25am and took it out at 8pm. So that's 11.5 hour cook & 30 min rest, right?

I let mine go to 175 - 180 that’s about when the bark is formed then I wrap
