My grandfather move to Australia after the end of the war. He was only about 10 when Japan invaded Malaya and he and his family hid by the road when they were running away and he told us he still has nightmare of the sound of bicycles moving through the night.

I remember how my grandmother born during the Japanese invasion on malaya. My grandmother was born in jungle because my ancestor ran from the Japanese during that time.

My late great grandmother and my grandparents never want to tell me what happens. We ask so many time the only answer we got was they force hide in jungle that Japanese don't know in Kedah, baling. They says it better we only know the summery instead of full detail of it.
