That reminds me how I once got queued into 4 cheaters lobby on Inferno MM (7 total ragehacks on the server).. And they kicked me BECAUSE I WAS NOT CHEATING. THEY LITERALLY SAID THAT.. I wish chat was saved on demo like on faceit.. That woud be hell of a clip

He's missing cuz the real body of the cheater isn't displayed. The cheater has lean/roll + desync causing a lot of distance and angle from the body being shown in game.
