No equipment necessary as we will do just under 15 exercises that will strengthen weak areas of the body most people elect to not train. That being your adductors, ankles, hip flexors and more. These small muscles are highly neglected and often times can lead to weaknesses dude training the bigger muscles of the body. Move better, live better by simply training the much needed smaller muscles to compensate for the bigger muscles/joints that are trained more often. It is time to live a better quality of life.
