Absolutely.
I would say the most impactful one is our applicant tracking system called Greenhouse.
and that is what we like eat, sleep, and breathe, is being in Greenhouse.
Everything goes through that software.
So yeah, that's definitely like the number one, one.
You know having that ATS like Greenhouse, It's really used to streamline the hiring process.
There are specific processes as well that can be automated.
So that helps us a lot.
So these also manage job postings, tracking applications, and even communicating with candidates by being able to share that also with the team.
It just keeps everything a lot more organized.
And yeah, just ensures that nothing falls through the cracks
