Is there a way to standardize Greenhouse ATS Rule Management?

I see that you can tick the checkbox related with the experience, does this means that if the experience required is 1-5 and the candidate has 6 years Wupiter will assign a lower score? Asking, because in such case it would fall in the frame of candidate discrimination and recently I found out that some ATS does it.
