I can’t speak for the other prisons, but I watched a 1 hour documentary about the prison in Norway. An it has the lowest rate of recidivism in the world at just 16% when compared to here in America the recidivism rate for State Prisons is 82%. Norway has done such a great job of rehabilitation of prisoners they have had to close down prisons. Sounds like Norway is doing something right, and America is doing something wrong. Don’t get me wrong there’s people in American prisons who should never see the light of day ever again. Like Serial Killers, Child Predators and Serial gRapest. Those 3 classes should get the death penalty, and none of that sitting on death row for 20 years crap either
