Thanks a lot dude. This was comprehensive and easy to follow. I’ve done oil changes on a Chevy before, but never a Camry. To be honest, I’m just so sketched using jack stands and going under the car. Do you have anything you suggest I can do to be extra careful when working underneath a car? I own a 2012 Camry from new and have done all the oil changes for some reason the drain plug gasket is always stuck to the pan I always use OEM 90430-12031be careful not to double gasket torque 30 ft lbs the filter is 18ft lbs.I skip draining the filter I drain oil from pan then install the bolt empty my drain pan then do the filter no splash, I buy the OEM filter 04152-YZZA1 at local dealer $5.Thanks for the video and good luck with the car make sure you do Transmission service every 30000 miles or you will have Torque Converter issues such as the dreaded shudder around 40-45 mph ignore the universal sealed-for-life lie.

Just changed the oil on my GFs 13 Camry. Boy that oil filter housing is a bitch to loosen in the beginning. I used Rhino Ramps to raise the car, well worth the investment if you do a lot of oil changes and the oil all settles at the rear of the engine so you drain every drop without needing to lower the car.
