There are no words to describe how ridiculous an insignificant RTX is when looking at the frame loss you experience. I have a RTX 3090 EVGA FTW saying this.
People like me will reduce shadows and lighting affects(from ultra to high) for a 10 fps gain, but Ray tracing is so amazing people will take a 40+ FPS loss for lighting effects that someone has to specifically point ("there it is there!")
It's one of the biggest cons that the gaming industry has ever seen.

Most people think RTX is Ray Tracing. Or nVIDIA invented Ray Tracing. IMG Tech PowerVR was actually the first to bring true Ray Tracing to the market. Though b It was the mobile market. Yes, a mobile GPU from IMG's PowerVR 2015-2016 line was capable of lighting and reflections. Check out the Google and look it up. Also, IMG's PowerVR GPU's which apple still uses are now called XA/X1 and rated at 2.6TFlops. That's mammoth in the mobile space. ARM's new Mali-G78 MP24 (Valhal 2nd Gen) GPU found in the 5nm Kirin 9000, and also rated at 2.6TFlops of FP32 compute. The Kirin 9000 has 15.3 billion transistors in a package the size of a dime. Qualcomm can't be left out either. There SD865+ and Adreno 650 and 660 are black boxes but we know the they have 1, 024 ALU's rated 1.4TFlops-1.8TFlops but, run in game like a 2.6TFlop GPU, thinks to the architecture. CRYTEK even got the Nior NEON RT benchmark running on the SD865/+ in the Galaxy S20. It ran at 1080p60 maxed out. Not to bad.

RTX is a BIG LIE to sell new cards to people. They show us locations where developers didnt work with the lights locations. I mean that this technology rtx its working, this technology allows developers not to work with the lights in every scene. So in contrast if you compare the scene with hand made light location and the RTX, you will not recognise the difference, so they can sell it to you. Thats why they show us this conrast woth the ZERO and RTX. Its the same as show us the room without light and with the light.
