Finally switched to Nvidia and I'm loving it.

I never used to use FSR but now I pretty much always use DLSS/DLAA/FrameGen

If only DLSS could be easily integrated into any game that are currently existing without needing developer implementation. If it worked at the hardware level like G-Sync, I'd be ready to hand over my money.

These features have made some devs become lazy. Frame gen and upscaling shouldn't be used as a crutch for developers to not optimise some of their games properly. This is one thing I can't stand about upscaling and frame gen. Just use upscaling and frame gen and leave the game badly optimised with a bunch of frame spikes and other issues. That is absolutely not ok, and I will never support anything like that by avoiding buying the game until it's polished. I know some developers take the time to optimise their games at launch or either quickly release optimisation patches if the game doesn't release in the best state. I appreciate that, and that's what all developers should do.

Instead of promoting better hardware, they’re promoting software gimmicks that lower a game’s resolution and attempt to mitigate this lower quality by using AA, and game devs are now abusing this feature instead of actually optimizing games. I’m all for Nvidia, and DLSS is a nice feature, but the way they are selling it sounds like fake marketing, as they often pretend DLSS can achieve better quality than native resolution. Don’t get me wrong, DLSS can be great, but it shouldn’t be the main focus of graphics cards.

DLSS is an excuse for the game developers to stop optimizing their game and for Nvidia to give u incentive to buy their new GPUs 😊

Is supposed to be an upscaler to help older nvidia gpus but their greed prevents us from having the better updated version; instead, they paywall new features for newer generation series only.
