hate the fact that all these skins are lower tier skins. I would really really love a skin that had special effects and pirates because its rare that a game gets pirates right in my opinion anymore. Just a potential that is being wasted...

Love the skins, hate the splash-art. I really don't like splash-arts that show multiple characters. It loses that sense of character. Several skins even have other champs in their little loading-screen icon. Like Prehistoric Cho-gath, you can see a little bit of Prehistoric Anivia. Or how about Pool Party Draven having Pool Party Reksai? I can understand it on the Team Skins for whatever team won the championship, because its a team skin. But the rest just don't look good, IMO.
