So, another Garen skin that doesn't change any animations or anything? For such a popular character all of his skins feel so alike, same animations/voice/recall, just some with a different color particles.

That's 8 Garen skins, with only one (steel legion) that even tries to feel different.

Compare that to Teemo, he has 8 skins as well. However Super teemo, Cottontail, Astronaut, and Omega all have some kind of new animations/particles, etc.
