Hi, I wanted to know what happened to the quarter 2 promotions. I was nominated by my manager for a promotion from PA to A (sept 2021 joinee). Last year I was not promoted bcz of 2 rating, quarter 1 I was not promoted again bcz of the go perform course was not above 90% completion. I don't know what happened to quarter 2 promotions! I thought since my rating is 3 hence I didn't get the promotion (as per your last video reg this)but one of my friends, his rating is 4 he didn't get the promotion too in quarter 2
