I joined Cognizant in October 2021 and completed two years in October 2023. I was promoted in November 2022 from PAT to PA. However, I was supposed to be promoted from PA to associate at the end of 2023, but it didn’t happen due to my 2022 year-end rating being two. Will I receive the promotion soon, possibly in April? And if I do get the promotion in April, will it also include a salary annual increase plus Promotion, or will it solely be a promotion from PA to associate?

I joined in September 2023.. but the project got ramped down in December month.. i got a rating of 2.. the lowest among all the team members despite of working so hard. Even my team leader was aware of it. So i was given ratings by a manager who i have never interacted before so the project was ramped down that's why she gave me random ratings.. so i just wanted to ask will i get any appraisal as i have been recently moved to a new project?
