They lost the seals but kept the other powers given to them by hagoromo, for example sasuke's rinnegan and naruto's six paths sage mode

The sun and moon seals were Hagoromo’s chakra for Chibaku Tensei. He worked with the past kage to summon back Team 7, the bijuu, and Madara. The Six Paths chakra Naruto and Sasuke got still is with them. The powers it granted are gone though since Naruto only has 8 tailed beast chakras now and Sasuke lost an eye

Naruto's six-path mode results from having the 9-tailed beast's chakra willingly given to him just like a 10-tailed jinjuriki! (I would say if all 9 of them assisted Naruto in Boruto, he would have gone full power once again!)

Sasuke did keep his Rinnegan but did not have the chance to use it as much as he wanted due to lack of chakra!

Actually Naruto should have the ability to regrow his limbs in order to show the horror of six paths body, didn't you see madara do that, sasuke can have rinnegan but Naruto can only play with nine tails, it's so sad 😅

Naruto and Sasuke got Six Paths Chakra by other means:

- Naruto recreated Ten Tails Chakra
- Sasuke recreated Hagoromo's Chakra

As long as the above condition still stands, they'll have Six Paths Chakra. Hagoromo only gave them the seal nothing else

They lost their seals after they used them, but they can still access the powers given to them as shown by Sasuke still having a rinnegan and Naruto’s cloak having tomoe whenever he activates his chakra mode.

They definitely lost their powers some people say they didn't because Sasuke's rinnegan is proof but no they lost their powers as soon as they lost their sun and moon seals it's just that they didn't lose it at once they lost it over time that's why they were strongest in the final valley because it was just moments later after losing their powers, in the naruto the last movie they were a bit weaker and in boruto they have pretty much lost all their powers and naruto doesn't have his truth seeker orbs for even further proof. As for Sasuke's rinnegan once you gain your rinnegan by means of getting six paths chakra you get to keep it forever, as opposed to just stealing it from someone or a dead body and there is the fact that Sasuke's rinnegan got weaker compared to what it was before when he had it first which is even further proof of him losing his powers. Plus now he has lost his six paths chakra he can't use rinnegan as much as when he used to have his powers because he gets out of chakra real quick and can't use his rinnegan powers as effectively because now his chakra isn't as potent though there are still some traces of his powers left.(Thanks for reading this much i don't think there really is any other shorter way of writing this so i had to pull out this monstrosity of a paragraph)
