Funny you would show this when it's already been shown that it's gas being vented from offshore oil platforms. They never move in relationship to each other and appear only on infrared.

I have seen these glowing orbs in the sky.. here on the West Coast of FL twice. They weren't moving they were stationary and I did not hang out long enough to see where they went but I did take a picture with my phone. Galaxy S21 when I use the zoom feature they look like shimmering jewels

In 1979 in north London I saw a formation of about 6 small silver orbs, one stopped directly in front of my face and then flew off into the distance. Another person with me saw the same thing.

This case has been determined long ago to be off shore drilling that is off gassing and flaring. It only appears to be in the air because of parallax and the movement of the aircraft with foreground clouds. They appear as lights instead of flames because of the IR cameras registering heat signature.
