Karnataka government on Thursday promulgated an ordinance to give effect to the anti-conversion bill on Thursday. The cabinet met today to approve the ordinance. The Karnataka Protection of Right to Freedom of Religion Bill was passed in the Legislative Assembly in December 2021. It is pending passage in the Legislative Council, where the ruling BJP is one short of majority. “Because the Assembly and Council got prorogued, we are placing a proposal to promulgate an ordinance in the Cabinet today,” CM Bommai said.

Should we wait till it happen? See TN, see AP, see Kerala. We Kannadigas built Vijayanagara empire to save Hindus. We know to look after and protect people. We aren't Chauhans to loose to them

Sooner or later this Anti Conversion bill had to be tabled. Now it is important to table this same bill in Tamil Nadu, kerela and Andhra as well... Missionaries must be dismantled at all costs....

Forced conversion??? the one who gets converted would never say that they were forced to get converted because they would have been convinced by then. dont really understand how they can call it as "force"
