Crunchy Tofu Katsu Curry ⬇️
Ingredients:
100g silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing for three cycles)
salt and pepper
1/4 cup plain flour
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/3 cup water
toasted bread crumbs
Airfry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes

Japanese Curry:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion
1 carrot
2 potatoes
1 1/2 cup water
50g japanese curry roux
