As an architect, I know a thing or two about these, and they are terrible. There’s so many other ways to add this kind of storage structure to your property without making your home look like absolute trash. Aside from the terribly ugly nature of this kind of addition, it creates a massive problem and when controlling water. The lower roofline dies directly into the side of the tv storage structure, forcing water to hit the side of that wall, and eventually work its way down into the structure of the building deteriorating it from the inside out.

Had my home designed with a 50’ RV bay, a 40’ boat bay and a 6 car garage with two lifts! Would rather keep my toys nearby, as with saving money on storage/dock fees. These bays are very common here in Idaho.

I think its awesome if you have toys because you can double stack your toys and wrench on them at the same time if you got 2 hoists then you can put 4 nice badass rides in there and wrench on them . My sisters dating a guy who has the last persain kings caddy in his living room. I think thats pretty awesome so to each his own.maybe people wanna stack Harleys 3 high and there bike guys and thats their own means of an art studio and place of meditation is their bikes and a big open fun office from home. Maybe someones an acrobat and they want to do fun things in doors at their own home. Im sure theres plenty of acrobats out west Ive met quite a few in my life out west. Maybe people want a community party hangout spot and want to keep it out of there home and want a bunch of fun cool shit with high cielings. Ecause you dont have basements I think its awesome. Nights out west are fun pop open the door and you got yourself the community bros bar. Jacuzzi in the back pool table mini bar cheap beer thats not cheap beer but compared to going to the bar its cheap beer and your with your fam. Planty of reasons i think its cool. A lot of people dont want massive houses with nothing space they want their nothing space to be toys just to each his own and obgiously now and days you cant leave your sh1t somewhere and you leave your sh1t in storage well that get expensive thats like loosing a free vaction of 8 kegs of beer a year right there you know lol. I did it. You know if its an rv people got some fancy rvs they want to chill in outaide of there home for peace of mind. Some people jave not so fancy rvs they want to chill in outside of there home for piece of mind. Everything is something to someone.

the amount of space and fun things you could do in those is amazing. they don’t look the best, but they say the outside is for your neighbors anyway. haha
