Thank you once again Will. That exercise is a toughie but that also just means that I need to do more exercise to strengthen my flabby muscles! Now to get the head into action which seems to half the problem!

I really need to strengthen my core. Helps with snow shoveling.

Will, will this strengthening of core help with bladder issues or are there other exercises that are specific to the pelvic region?
