I'm no constitutional scholar. But it really bothers me when people refer to a US Supreme Court justice as being conservative (Republican) or liberal (Democrat). Whatever happened to the separation of powers (executive, legislature and judiciary)? Something's wrong here.

It should be up to the voters to decide what they want and they will decide on the ballot

This is all based on a false premise. He wasn’t charged or convicted for insurrection, so idk why this isn’t an open and shut case

It was great to see the left side of the bench calling out Colorado's insane arguments.

That's odd...not one person has been charged with insurrection.
Might be an important fact.

Let the people's voice be heard through the ballot.

No conviction, then no disqualification

I wish this guy would spend this amount of time on our own politics in our country 🙄 break down the carbon tax and why Trudeau was wrong to use the emergencies act against his people and if he should resign based on his actions.

Though CBC is mostly biased, Andrew maintained a neutral stance, leaving the viewers to decide.

Popular vote count! No electoral college we can count now, does away with gerrymandering, makes the individual vote count!

It would be one thing to rule that Trump did not cause an insurrection and can run, but to say he did and can run? Is just insane.
