Is anyone else beginning to be sickened by our corrupt government?

A good question would have been how many people who have been charged for protesting outside Supreme Court Justices homes after the Dobbbs decision was leaked. I think that would fall into the felony arena and trying to change a courts decision through intimidating the Justices is a much bigger issue.

It is a double standard and we all know it.

Would using hammers to smash government cell phones and other electronic devices that contain evidence qualify for prosecution under this statute? Has it ever been used that way, especially against a political candidate?

BLM literally set fire outside of the white house.

Did Squeaky forget a certain Congressman interrupted an official proceeding by intentionally pulling a fire alarm?

A govt sponsored entrapment is what happened on Jan 6th. Imagine sitting in jail for three years and counting....no trial, no bond, nothing.

The only insurrection in the history of the world where the militias left their guns at home and brought signs.

Now I can't give you an example because we ignored this for the entire year of 2020. We have also ignored this after J6, 2021.

I love how she tries to completely avoid the question of whether this has ever been enforced in this way. She has no answer for that.

Sounds like another "depends on what your definition of "is" is.

The first unarmed "insurrection, " led by a guy in a buffalo helmet, in history.

Any arrests for those who firebombed a federal building with a district Court, US Marshals office and host of other government agencies for 60 days preventing government business from occurring in Portland? Didn't think so...

05/28/20 BLM Protestors storm and set fire to a police station in Minneapolis, MN, and on 05/12/21, BLM Protestors storm and set fire to the Courthouse in Portland, Oregon (among countless other violent protests, destruction, and death across the country). Most of the protestors were never charged or arrested. There is not an active BLM protests investigation to date by the DOJ to conduct one. Some of the protestors were arrested, and did receive prison sentences, but a small fraction or percent of the number of the participants. The DOJ & FBI are still investigating, arresting, and holding in Washington DC jails the defendants of the Jan 6th riot. Most of these protestors have not had, and are still awaiting, a fair trial. So, are we to assume there is a difference of the application of the law and the DOJ Lawyer is correct and Judge Thomas is incorrect? Wow - mind blowing. I guess I now understand the difference between the George Floyd "peaceful" protests and the Jan 6th "violent" insurrection? The2024 November elections are more crucial to our democracy than ever before. Prayers to our democracy and the US Constitution. God bless America.

They should have just pulled a fire alarm.

Calling Jan. 6 an insurrection is like calling a BLM riot a mostly peaceful protest.
