U.S. Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson was asked by Sen. Marsha Blackburn to define the word "woman."

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson explained her sentencing practices and her views on expanding the Supreme Court, among other topics, during a second day of questions from members of the Senate Judiciary Committee Wednesday, as hearings continue over her historic nomination to be the first Black woman on the Supreme Court.

At one point, the judge said - if she is confirmed - that she will recuse herself in a case before the court about the use of race in the admissions process at Harvard University. The Harvard Law graduate has been a member of the college’s board of overseers since 2016.

Follow up question: How can you protect the rights of women, if you don't know what a woman is?

Even if she can’t define what a woman is because she’s “not a biologist, ” she at least acknowledges that biology is what defines a woman.

It's ironic that USA today posted this video, since according to their "woman of the year" selection, they can't define what a woman is either.

She knows exactly what a woman is, , she just wont define it because shes been coached to not go there. But she actually blew it anyway, , she said she's not a biologist which implies being a woman is all about biology, , and so there ya go, , , gender neutrality is destroyed.

"I am not a biologist" She has just recognized that the meaning of woman is tied to her biology. Nothing more to say. They fall on their own with their own arguments.

Questions should be:

1) Am I a Woman?
2) Are you a Woman?
3) What is the definition of a woman?
4) If you can't define it then how can you be sure you or I are Women?

See how deep the rabbit hole goes...

Prosecutor: "The woman was seen leaving the building."
Jackson: "What's a woman?, I'm not a Biologist."
Prosecutor: "Never mind, the suspect was seen leaving the building."
Jackson: "What's a building?, I'm not an architect."
Prosecutor: "Never mind, the suspect was wearing a red Jacket."
Jackson: What's a jacket?, I'm not a manufacturer."
Prosecutor: "Never mind, the suspect go into a Black Vehicle."
Jackson: "What's a Vehicle?, I'm not a car dealer."
Prosecutor: "What do you know?"
Jackson: "Nothing, what's a brain?"

She should have followed, "Are you a woman?" "Yes" "Why?" LOL. Missed opportunity.

Wow. What kind of bizzaro world we live in. This WOMAN is clearly nuts. How can you advocate for women in the Supreme Court and nt be able to define what one is. She knows exactly what a woman is; as do we all.

Blackburn: "Congratulations on your nomination as a black woman."
Brown: "Thank you."
Blackburn: "ARE you a woman?"
Brown: "Yes."
Blackburn: "How do you know? And when it comes to that, how do you know you are a black woman?"

Anyone who will not define what a woman is does not have the spine to be on the Supreme Court.
