Okay seeing that it's Name is "Mountains of Corpses, Rivers of blood" which is literally the same as the Shura text from Sekrio: "Fields of Bodies, Mountains of Dead, down dragonspring river our country bled, a firey god, Demon Wolf in Red" Okina is either a reference to Shura or literally just Shura itself

It may be a bit of a stretch, but in the 57-second mark, whilst the "Howslow's Oath" gesture is being used, the very edge of the blade looks like a mountain ridge surrounding a riverbed or lake, stained red with the accursed blood of Luminary Mohg to shed the life from opposition.
