I just got a new job after quitting my old toxic one, but it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve been home and it messed up my sleeping pattern. Since I have no routine at the moment my mind just wanders and while sounds should be relaxing and positive I just don’t feel that. I hope once I have a routine again that I’ll be able to sleep and find balance again.
