I am one of a million people who unfortunately experience very bad anxiety and anxiety attacks when anxiety really hits me . I been fighting it don’t want to be in prescribe meds . Want to know how to relax my anxieties naturally with words of wisdom and kindness from someone that will hear me and understand me . I am in the middle of having an anxiety attack right now so I searched YouTube for calming music to help me relax and sleep. I am so lucky to have found this video with all these incredible comments.
