Great leg workouts! Totally agree that bulgarian split squats are brutal, but still prefer them over walking lunges :)

Doing a legs legs legs split at the moment due to a shoulder injury lol. Have to say that the frequency is giving me the most gains I have ever experienced. Used to do legs about 3 times a month, now 10-12 times. Legs have turned into my favorite thing to train and my favorite exersize has gone from bench to squat (who would have thought lol). Been training for 2 years now and my squat went from 70kg x 8 to 110kg x 8 in about 6 weeks.

Yeap. Someone who makes a living from one to one training people created a FREE routine... Is it the best for everyone? Probably not... But it is pretty damn good for merjins' almost 300.000 subscribers. Thanks man can't wait to try it🙏
