Stephen, In the beginning, the Priapus Shot was indeed touted for size improvement. However, more recently the providers who do this procedure have de-emphasized the size enhancement aspect of the procedure. There is no doubt that as long as a man is hormone balanced (optimal testosterone levels) and pays attention to his physiology (eats right, doesn't smoke, improves his nitric oxide) that the functional improvements can be outstanding!! And if stem cells are added, then things are looking even better.
