So what is the problem even China is really building navy bases or ports in other places? So far China has only one confirmed navy base outside China, even plus those potential / suspected ones, the total number should not be over 10 at this moment. In contrast, U.S. has already built hundreds bases around the world. I believe India wanted to do so too, if India has such capabilities and financial resources
